- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).Coat four 10-ounce custard cups with no-stick spray; set aside.In a medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt.Using a pastry blender, cut in the butter or margarine until crumbly.In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk, egg whites, and molasses.
