Ingredients
  

  • 2 egg whites lightly beaten
  • tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups crispy corn- or rice-cereal squares
  • cups bite-size whole-wheat cereal biscuits
  • cups unsalted peanuts
  • 1 cup reduced-sodium pretzels
  • 1 cup raisins (optional) optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and lightly coat a large shallow baking pan with non-stick spray.
    In a small bowl, whisk together egg whites, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
    In a large bowl, combine corn/rice squares, whole-wheat biscuits, and peanuts. Drizzle with the egg-white mixture and stir to coat evenly.
    Add the pretzels, spread the mixture in the prepared pan, and bake for 40–45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
    If using, gently stir in the raisins after baking. Let the mix cool completely before serving.
